Will not come back for service. The service manager was a total jerk. Was given a loaner car that was totally filthy, and had two rental contracts in the car with all their personal information on it. He didn’t care at all. He said we go thru loaners every 4 min. We paid over $60,000 for our car and to be treated the way he did not again. We have since found out another family friend and family member all told us they had the same experience. Sorry will not be back. I’m sure I won’t hear from you on this matter.

Not happy w my experience and person I dealt with, Tim Clausen. He was very unprofessional, had his quotes wrong, didn't listen to my phone conversation....pretended he was listening but clearly put the phone away from his ear and was talking to someone else 3 times. Plus he told me I had to pay on a Fri because it was the end of the month and wanted to include my service for payroll. Plus, I felt he kept adding things I needed done to help his paycheck. When.i finally got my car done, it was a mess! Back seats were down, stuff moved all over and a part of my door handle was broken. I.DO.NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND ESPECIALLY TIM!!!!!

I made and appointment to diagnose a TPMS problem with the BCM. Service didn't begin work for 3 days, it took 2 days to diagnose and another 3 days for parts. I was without a vehicle for 12 days. When I make an appointment it generally means I have reserved time to have service performed. I expected a diagnosis that day and a plan to repair. However, RM GMC puts the scheduling burden on the customer by making them leave the vehicle on their lot for 3 days before looking at it. Why don't you just call me when you are ready to look at it, that way I'm not with out a vehicle.

The dealership told us all these things we needed to do and we already had done them last service. If we didn’t remember and ask, we would have paid $1000’s again. Also, our last service the technician told us we had to do the transmission service. My husband looked it up and it was recommended until 45k. When my husband told the service guy that, he said if you don’t service it now it will burn up your transmission. This was at 25k. We talked to the manager just last week at our 30k service and he said that was not correct and it needs to be done at 45k. We have trusted Royal Moore with our cars/trucks and we are finding out that we are being ripped off. This is ridiculous and very disappointing.

While it evidently passed the Pico test, I would have appreciated seeing the "scores" and how that related to the pass/fail boundary established by GMC for this recall. The paperwork I received only showed a recall code and change of oil, cap/label... Hopefully all good. But dealer process went well, thanks.

After a terrifying previous encounter with another dealerships finance manager… Nathan, my mom and me had the literal BEST TIME cracking the absolute funniest jokes together.. Not good. You had my car in for over 3 weeks and for the first 2 weeks I had no vehicle. I had to call and ask for a loaner which should have been provided to me at the beginning. I'm sure the stuff done on the car was done well but the communication was subpar. On another note, when i did pick up my car i went to pay with my credit card and found out at that time you charge 3% for credit card payments. Had I known this I would have brought Cash. Good news is that they credited the bill the 3%. Overall, the reps are pleasant but even for an oil change it takes way too long. I actually sat out there for over 2 hours just for an oil change the last time. I like going to the dealership to have things done so they can see the vehicle but the drive out is over 20 minutes and to wait forever has guided me to change my tactics. Better communication can go a long way

The 3xpiri3nce was amazing, the staff was amazing like always. Its the little mishap that occurred that doesnt give you the 5 stars as deserved. I called 2 days ahead to schedule my oil change. I spoke to the guy, he scheduled me in for Saturday at 8:30am. I get there and Im told that I was not scheduled at all. But the guy managed to squeeze me into the schedule (took a little longer than expected). While iM waiting, I'm hungry. I dont recognized the area so I ask the guy who assisted me if he could tell me what's to eat around. He asked what I was interested in and I settled for a place to go. He was very helpful and polite and so was the other guy next to him. Both very polite. I got messages letting me know how the progress was going anf when it was ready. Everything went smoothly. However, the milage on my new sticker was my current milage. The guy at the front helped me get it replace but I guess the computer was glitch in and giving the current milage but giving correct next date for oil change. Other than that, everything else was smooth sailing. I love their professionalism.

I’m disappointed with GMC and Royal Moore in general. My truck sat at your dealership for 105 days due to a previous CCV issue last year, which was infuriating to say the least. Recently I took my truck in for a check engine light, which was diagnosed as a crankcase pressure sensor. Apparently this is not covered by my 5yr/100,000 powertrain warranty. It doesn’t make sense as the crankcase is a powertrain component. Additionally, my 8yr/80,000 emissions warranty did not cover the sensor. Apparently it falls on the 3yr/50,000 emissions warranty. Perhaps if I had driven the truck during the time it sat at Royal Moore for 105 days it could had fallen under warranty if the issue presented itself. Lastly, Tim forgot to get the oil change I had requested completed at time of pickup. He had hand written the oil change request on the original paperwork, but forgot to follow through, which should be embarrassing. He waisted my time, which is just the cherry on the top. I was in the process of swapping out my truck out for a 6.2 Denali Ultimate with Brandon, but due to the lack of GMC and dealership support I will now look to the competition for my next truck in the coming weeks.

They had my car for more time than they said they would need, then rushed through the diagnostic. They solved 2 of the 3 issues I had but rushed through the diagnostic and didn’t even attempt to actually solve the primary reason for bringing the vehicle in. I used to use them for all my service work but will be looking for a new dealership that can meet their commitments and actually listen to the customer in the future.

Slowest service ever for some basic warranty fixes. Truck was there like 3 weeks. The fact that we booked the appointment 2-3 weeks ahead knowing what it was coming in for. Also, the idea that you woulde even think about changing for a rental car unless it was specifically covered warranty work. We have a Lexus as well and no charge for a rental no matter what the service is.
