Waited two weeks for an appointment to run diagnostic check for battery and charging system. In the end the battery has a dead cell. Bought a new battery and had it installed. All in, they had my vehicle for a week. I had to call near daily to keep track of progress. Total cost over 500.00.

My 3 day old brand new truck had a check engine light that came on which is VERY disappointing to believe new vehicles would have this issue. When I called service I was initially told there were no loaner vehicles available for 4-5 days. I had to escalate to a manager to get this issue resolved. The service department had committed to finding out an available part on the following Monday. When I had not heard from them on Monday I had to reach out to find out status. They told me the part might be available in a week. I was travelling around the NW and had to be out of country the following week so this impacted my travel plans. Late Wednesday afternoon they texted me and said that it was fixed. This again impacted my travel plans as I had to re-arrange pick up based upon the previous information. Very poor forecasting and communication.

I brought my vehicle into Royale Moore for an oil change and tire rotation. Two of my factory lugs broke while torquing the nuts back on. Royale Moore replaced both lugs at no charge and got me back on the road, at no charge. Even though I had to wait for an extended period, Royale Moore made it right, made it safe. My thanks to them.

I had my Vehicle towed to Royal Moore on a Sunday. Upon my arrival no one greeted me at all. I realize that the service department was closed but not one person from sales at least came and touched base with me. On Monday morning I got a text message from the service advisor letting me know that they had started work on my vehicle and that I would get updates from the tech working on my vehicle. I never got one update or anything from the tech working on my vehicle. I text the service writer to call me. She finally called me back and told me they were working on my vehicle and would give me an update later. I tried to call her later but could not reach her. I left her a text message asking about the status of my vehicle. She replied the tech was at lunch and she would find out as soon as he got back. I text her back that I had secured a rental car. She text me back that it looked like my vehicle would be ready that day and that I would not need a rental car. I cancelled the rental car. She then informed me that my vehicle would not be available until Tuesday morning. I took Tuesday off work since I had no transportation. I called the dealership the Tuesday morning and was informed my vehicle would not be ready until after 4pm. I called at 4:15 and they were not sure when it would be ready but they would check on it. They called me back at 4:30pm and informed me my vehicle was ready. Upon getting to the dealership the service writer gave me my paperwork and had me sign it. He never explained what was done to my vehicle or why it took so long. All he did was hand me my keys and say have a nice day. This whole process was very frustrating because the service writer did not keep me informed about what was going on. I wasted a sick day from work because of this.

Will not come back for service. The service manager was a total jerk. Was given a loaner car that was totally filthy, and had two rental contracts in the car with all their personal information on it. He didn’t care at all. He said we go thru loaners every 4 min. We paid over $60,000 for our car and to be treated the way he did not again. We have since found out another family friend and family member all told us they had the same experience. Sorry will not be back. I’m sure I won’t hear from you on this matter.

Brandon Lee had everything set up and we were happy with the service he provided. We drove from UT and traded in our 2024 Subaru and were disappointed with the trade value being substantially lower than other offers. When we discussed leaving and taking the vehicle to another dealership, the offer increased a bit and we agreed to continue the process. After digging into the numbers a bit and reviewing the down payment, we noticed that if we put an additional $1,000 into the deal, we would be able to personally utilize the warranty credits and net $1,000 more in our pocket. Unfortunately when I brought this idea to Noah, he told us that it didn’t make sense and it wasn’t “SMART” to do that. This cast an even larger shadow over the process and led us to decline all warranties offered in finance. We have sourced alternatives since the purchase to cover and deficits.

Not happy w my experience and person I dealt with, Tim Clausen. He was very unprofessional, had his quotes wrong, didn't listen to my phone conversation....pretended he was listening but clearly put the phone away from his ear and was talking to someone else 3 times. Plus he told me I had to pay on a Fri because it was the end of the month and wanted to include my service for payroll. Plus, I felt he kept adding things I needed done to help his paycheck. When.i finally got my car done, it was a mess! Back seats were down, stuff moved all over and a part of my door handle was broken. I.DO.NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND ESPECIALLY TIM!!!!!

I was so thankful for his kindness and patience with my children (3) while we took over the service lobby. Initially I was disappointed. Then Alec called and was able to make the deal. Was slightly disappointed when I called and said I was on my way to get the pickup ready. When we arrived it was still setting on the lot dirty and not ready. I was just hoping for it to not take 2 hours as I still have a 1.5 hour drive home. Everyone was pleasant while doing the paperwork just took longer than I was hoping for a cash sale.

The dealership told us all these things we needed to do and we already had done them last service. If we didn’t remember and ask, we would have paid $1000’s again. Also, our last service the technician told us we had to do the transmission service. My husband looked it up and it was recommended until 45k. When my husband told the service guy that, he said if you don’t service it now it will burn up your transmission. This was at 25k. We talked to the manager just last week at our 30k service and he said that was not correct and it needs to be done at 45k. We have trusted Royal Moore with our cars/trucks and we are finding out that we are being ripped off. This is ridiculous and very disappointing.

My Sierra 1500 was in for the recall on the 6.2L engine. While it evidently passed the Pico test, I would have appreciated seeing the "scores" and how that related to the pass/fail boundary established by GMC for this recall. The paperwork I received only showed a recall code and change of oil, cap/label... Hopefully all good. But dealer process went well, thanks.
