Breaking Down Each Trim Level on the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500

PRO

The Sierra’s PRO base trim has a TurboMax engine that’s paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and delivers 310 horsepower with 430 lb.-ft. of torque. This combination also comes standard on the SLE and Elevation trims.

The PRO and all higher trims of the Sierra 1500 come with GMC Pro Safety: a comprehensive assistive driving package. This includes Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Front Pedestrian Alert.

SLE

The SLE and all higher trims come with a GMC MultiPro tailgate that has six different functions and a complete Trailering Package that makes the towing process much easier! Both of these features come standard on all higher Sierra 1500 trims. The SLE also has 17-inch all-season blackwall tires with 6-spoke bright silver-painted aluminum wheels.

Elevation

SLT

The SLT has a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine that provides 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine also comes standard on the Denali and Denali Ultimate trims.

On this trim, you’ll find 18-inch all-season blackwall tires with 6-spoke machined aluminum wheels and dark gray metallic accents. The SLT also has chrome bumpers, mirror caps, and surround window moldings that give it an eye-catching appearance.

AT4

The Sierra 1500 AT4 and AT4X both come with a 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel engine that offers 305 horsepower and 495 lb.-ft. of torque. This trim comes with 18-inch Mud-Terrain Goodyear Wrangler Territory blackwall tires with machined aluminum wheels and dark accents.

AT4X

The AT4X has 18-inch Mud-Terrain Goodyear Wrangler Territory blackwall tires with painted aluminum wheels and dark-painted pockets. Other notable features include the AEV stamped-steel high approach front bumper and power sunroof.

Denali

The Denali Sierra 1500 trim comes with 20-inch all-terrain blackwall tires and multidimensional polished aluminum wheels. This trim has chrome accents, including the surround window moldings, mirror caps, and door handles.

Denali Ultimate

The Sierra 1500s highest trim, the Denali Ultimate, has 22-inch all-season blackwall tires and 7-spoke ultra-bright machined wheels with bright chrome accents and dark paint. Impressive features on this trim include the MultiPro power steps and MultiPro audio system by Kicker.
